Entrepreneurship is not easy. Navigating the gauntlet of advice and business opportunities in this fast paced age of social media is a challenge that requires wisdom, strategy and great discernment. I will often see people promote business advice as if achieving success was a walk in the park, when it's actually forged by trial, perseverance, strength of character and the humility to always keep learning.
Greatness in entrepreneurship is achieved through embracing failure as an opportunity for growth by overcoming fear. Fear is the dream killer; it resides in the mind and we all have to fight it.
Every successful entrepreneur I've met that has acquired significant wealth will tell you it was hard and that there were many set-backs. What these successful individuals have in common is that they developed a tenacity stemming from a firm determination that failure was not an option. You cannot know your inner strength until it's tested through trials. Whether it's a new product you've invented or you are improving an existing product, you'll need both imagination and innovation to execute the plan along the way. Learn as you go and do it fast. Set backs are only set-ups if you have the willingness to go through the furnace of entrepreneurship. On the other side of those trials, if you never quit, you'll come out successful and with a strength of character that no dollar amount can purchase.
